i want to use the Event room!
Our event room is 16 x 24 feet with a hard vinyl floor.
Folding tables and folding chairs are available if you need them. Yoga mats, props, straps and blankets too.
Events should usually be limited to 2 hours. We try to keep Friday and Saturday evenings (5:00-7:00pm) available for special presentations.
There is no charge to use the room as long as your club is open to the public and you do not charge admission. Book clubs, handwork circles and community support meetings are examples of this sort of thing.
For those who want to hold private events, you can rent the room for a fixed rate of $30/hour. Birthday parties and business presentations are examples of this. For those who want to host classes where you charge admission, you can either rent the room at the fixed rate or you can sell tickets through our front desk and split your proceeds. - The fixed rate option is good for those who have their own payment processing system; The fixed rate is $30/hour. Pre-paid before the event. - The ticket-split option is good for those who don't want to deal with payment processing; The split is 70/30 (Host/Store). Paid right after the event. Questions?
